This video considers what happens when we tell ourselves stories about the other people in our lives.

When we’re struggling in life it can often be due to what we’re telling ourselves.  It is often difficult to identify what we’re doing and how it is affecting us.  Counselling can help to uncover some of the ways we are making ourselves unhappy with our thoughts.

This video gives an example of the way we view the world and how that may lead to anxiety for our loved ones.  It also talks about the stories we tell ourselves about other people’s success and how that makes us feel.  When we start comparing ourselves with others it can often lead to us feeling miserable.
