I’m Josephine HUGHES
I help women feel calmer and more in control of their lives, even when they’re experiencing difficult situations.
Are you struggling with something difficult in your life? Are you feeling worried? Has something happened that feels like it can’t be fixed?
Are you looking for help with any of the following?
- Loss of a Baby: Stillbirth, Late Termination, Miscarriage
- Parenting a Transgender Child
- Family and Relationship Problems
It can be very hard when something happens that is outside our control. It may be due to a health condition, it may be something to do with someone we love, or perhaps it’s a death.
Whatever it is, it can leave you feeling shocked, anxious, guilty, questioning and very sad.
Is it difficult to talk about it with anyone?
You may worry about burdening your family or friends. You may worry you’ll upset people.
So if you need to talk, I’m here to listen.
You will be listened to as you try to make sense of it all. You have found someone who understands how difficult life can be, and that you need to be able to trust that they’ll listen with kindness and not criticism.
Counselling may not be able to change the situation but it can help to change the way you feel about it.
